Having a bit of a sweet tooth, we pop into Desserts by Night in Maribyrnong every now and then. It’s open from 3 pm to 11:30 pm daily, which explains ‘Night’ in its name.

Desserts by Night is located in a row of lovely eateries with ample parking on its side of the street and across the road where Aldi supermarket is located.

While there is no lack of eateries in Melbourne which serve up amazing desserts, we particularly enjoy our visits to Desserts by Night because not only are we treated to delightful desserts, the presentation of each one of them is a sight to behold!

Caramel & Chocolate Sphere: Fresh berries, crystallised walnuts, raspberry brownie, raspberry coulis, warm salted caramel sauce, chocolate crumb, salted caramel ice cream
Caramel & Chocolate Sphere: Chocolate sphere melts after the warm salted caramel sauce has been poured on it, revealing raspberry brownie and caramel ice-cream inside it
Vanilla Bean Hot Cake: Mascarpone cream, lemon curd, caramelised apples, freeze dried raspberry, vanilla crumb
Crème Caramel: Fresh orange segments, vanilla crumb, orange crisps, mandarin gel, mandarin and cinnamon sorbet
Banana & Nutella Crepe: Chantilly Cream, fudge sauce, Vanilla crumb and ice cream
Build Your Own Waffles: Fresh berries, dark Chocolate ganache, chantilly cream, waffle cone, ice cream

Nachos: Salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños
